I-9 form

The USCIS website, in the Employer section, Employer Bulletins, lists the limited requirements and allowed instances for reverification. By law, we are required to review original, unexpired documents. When we sign the form, we attest under penalty of perjury that we have properly reviewed the documentation. We must review original documents and we cannot complete the I-9 until we do.
